• Discounts on national and international rates, on routes where Avianca flies directly, does not apply on routes in shared code, or rates that contain routes with other airlines. Discounts also apply to business class:

National rates:

*Does not apply to rates in the Promo tariff family.

International Rates:

*Does not apply to rates appear in the pricing basis (promotional) PR codes, net (Internet), Pf (closed).

** The maximum stay restriction corresponds to the maximum time that a fee allows a traveler to stay at the destination. This restriction in international rates is used by the airline and travel agents to identify the percentage of discount to be applied to the table provided. The discount is not determined by the time the traveler remains in the destination, but by the restriction of maximum stay tariff to acquire. Note: Discounts apply for travel within five (5) days before and five (5) days after the event and not applied to the value of the taxes, airport charges, administrative fee, surcharge for fuel and other applicable charges, values that they must be paid in its totality and directly by the traveler, at the time of issuance of the ticket.

• Ease of access for the purchase of air tickets. Participants to the event can purchase your ticket through: our Call Center 4013434 line (for cities outside of Bogotá to 01 8000 953434 in Colombia and in the respective local lines to out of the country), in direct selling points, or communicating with your preferred travel agent.
• Miles accumulation with our Avianca Plus program and access to the VIP rooms for travelers who are in the program levels that allow accumulation.
• More coverage in Colombia, convenient routes and connections: Avianca flies to 20 cities and 21 countries in the Americas and Europe, and the ability to travel with the new Airbus A319, A320 and A330 fleet.
• Possibility to access the packages and/or promotions of Avianca Tours designed according to the characteristics of each event. Also, option to purchase our travel extension.
